The Minnesota Boston Terrier Club (MBTC) is an affiliate club
of the BOSTON TERRIER CLUB OF AMERICA.
We are a group of many members.
Many of us simply enjoy our pets
while others show their dogs in the
conformation ring,
the obedience ring, and at agility trials.
MBTC hosts
a
Specialty show each year, usually on the
second weekend in June.
MBTC
also has a group of dedicated members who work
rescue for the Club. These
individuals work to find homes for Boston Terriers who have been abandoned,
freed from puppy mills, surrendered by owners and so on. The dogs are
evaluated by rescue and a veterinarian and are then placed in new homes.
MBTC Rescue has an active adoption base and is proud of its attempts to help
these rescues and to educate potential owners about the breed.
